Location: This house is located approx. 4 km from Massa and is close to the Apuan Alps. The rustico was renovated in 2006 without damaging its original character. The detached house is situated in the middle of a nature park and enjoys an absolutely peaceful location. There is a partial view of the sea. The house is ideal for holidaymakers seeking peace and quiet. The large plot is not fenced but very well maintained. A beautiful terrace offers the opportunity to dine outside, barbecue and enjoy the fantastic surroundings. The car can be parked on the property. Barbecue, microwave, oven available. Washing machine and dishwasher available. Wifi connection free of charge.
Furnishings:The furnishings are very beautiful, a mixture of modern and old gives the house a special touch. Ground floor: large open kitchen with dining table, via 2 steps you reach the cosy living area with fireplace. Bathroom. WiFi in the house. Upper floor: 1 bedroom with double bed, one bedroom with 1 double bed and 2 single beds. Bathroom with shower. Storeroom.
