About this apartment rental
Apartment of 55 sq m, on the first floor and on two levels. It can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. On the first floor there is a living room (Sat TV) with kitchen corner (oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, American coffee machine), a double bedroom (160x190 large bed) and a bathroom with shower. On the second floor there is a mansard double bedroom (160x190 large bed), fitted with air conditioning. Private terrace with view. Pets allowed.

This beautiful renovated country house is located at about 150 meters above sea level and enjoys a breathtaking view over the Versilia coast.
At guests' disposal a swimming pool (12x4 m, open from May to October), in a position with a panoramic view of the coast, terrace area, barbecue area, wine and olive oil tasting, a washing machine, Internet Wi-Fi connection, parking and E-CAR Charging Station.
During the high season, the owner prepares a pizza in the oven for all guests, served on the pool terrace.
It is 2.5 km from the town of Massa (numerous shops and restaurants) and only 7 km from the beaches of Marina di Massa.
