Apartment of 55 sqm, on the second floor, with private terrace.
It can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. Large living room (satellite TV) with 2 double sofa beds and a fireplace, kitchen (oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, American coffee machine), a double bedroom (160x190 large bed) and a bathroom with shower. Pets allowed.
Facilities: Wi-Fi, hair dryer, safe. Air conditioning.
This beautifully renovated country house is situated at approximately 150 meters above sea level and enjoys stunning views over the Versilia coast. It is located 2.5 km from the town of Massa (many shops and restaurants) and only 7 km from the beaches of Marina di Massa.

At guests' disposal a swimming pool (12x4 m, open from May to October), in a position with a panoramic view over the coast, terrace area, barbecue area, wine and olive oil tasting, washing machine, Internet Wi-Fi connection, parking lot. During the high season the owner prepares a pizza in the oven for all guests, served at the pool terrace.
The residence is equipped with every comfort and is ideal for families as well as for couples thanks to its beautiful panoramic position. The location is surrounded by olive trees, lemon trees and bougainvilleas.
The apartments, with independent entrance, of different sizes, offer the customers a total privacy and a breathtaking view of the surroundings that goes from the splendid panorama of Versilia, the Castle of Malaspina to Portovenere.
At only 1.5 km there is San Carlo Terme (spa center) where the local people have always been drinking the mineral waters of the natural spring.
Thanks to its perfect and beautiful location, this house is ideal for all guests who want to relax, far but not too much from the hustle and bustle of everyday life on the Versilia coast. Easy access to Pisa, Lucca, Florence, as well as Cinque Terre. Nearby there are many trekking routes on the Apuan Alps.
