Large apartment of 65 sq m on the 3rd attic floor, roof terrace with a beautiful View, sleeps 5. Two communicating double bedrooms (one bed is 160x190 and one is 140x190 large), small living room with a single bed, kitchen - dining room (oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, American coffee machine), bathroom with shower.

This beautiful renovated country house is located at about 150 meters above sea level and enjoys a breathtaking view over the Versilia coast.
At guests' disposal a swimming pool (12x4 m, open from May to October), in a position with a panoramic view of the coast, terrace area, barbecue area, wine and olive oil tasting, a washing machine, Internet Wi-Fi connection, parking and E-CAR Charging Station.
During the high season, the owner prepares a pizza in the oven for all guests, served on the pool terrace.
It is 2.5 km from the town of Massa (numerous shops and restaurants) and only 7 km from the beaches of Marina di Massa.
