About this apartment rental
Apartment of 55 sq m, on the ground floor, on two levels. It can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people. On the ground floor there is a living room (Sat TV) with kitchen corner (oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, American coffee machine) and a single sofa bed. On the upper floor there is a double bedroom, a bedroom with a bunk bed (passageway from the double bedroom to the bathroom), bathroom with shower. Pets allowed.
Outdoor, on the right there is a bench to relax and view the coastline, and on the left the large common terrace.
Facilities: Wi-Fi, hair dryer, safe. Air conditioning.
This beautiful renovated country house is located at about 150 meters above sea level and enjoys a breathtaking view over the Versilia coast.
At guests' disposal a swimming pool (12x4 m, open from May to October), in a position with a panoramic view of the coast, terrace area, barbecue area, wine and olive oil tasting, a washing machine, Internet Wi-Fi connection, parking and E-CAR Charging Station.
During the high season, the owner prepares a pizza in the oven for all guests, served on the pool terrace.
It is 2.5 km from the town of Massa (numerous shops and restaurants) and only 7 km from the beaches of Marina di Massa.
The holiday complex, equipped with every comfort, is ideal for families as well as for couples, thanks to its beautiful panoramic location and surrounded by olive trees, lemon trees and bougainvilleas.
