Apartment of 50 sqm on the first floor, on two levels, up to 5 people.
On the first floor there is a living room (satellite TV) with double sofa bed, kitchenette (oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, filter coffee maker), bathroom with shower. Small private terrace.
On the second floor there is a double bedroom, with an extra single bed and air conditioning. Pet allowed.
Other equipment: W-LAN, hair dryer, safe.
This beautifully renovated country house is situated at approximately 150 meters above sea level and enjoys stunning views over the Versilia coast. It is located 2.5 km from the town of Massa (many shops and restaurants) and only 7 km from the beaches of Marina di Massa.

At guests' disposal a swimming pool (12x4 m, open from May to October), in a position with a panoramic view over the coast, terrace area, barbecue area, wine and olive oil tasting, washing machine, Internet Wi-Fi connection, parking lot. During the high season the owner prepares a pizza in the oven for all guests, served at the pool terrace.
The residence is equipped with every comfort and is ideal for families as well as for couples thanks to its beautiful panoramic position. The location is surrounded by olive trees, lemon trees and bougainvilleas.
