Francesco‘s & Katia's apartment is really a “home from home“, beautifully decorated, with great attention to detail in every respect.
Francesco was very helpful throughout, well before we had every set foot in Italy. The apartment itself was spotless and spacious, with ample space for three people to stay comfortably during the stay. It was well-equipped for the expected daily needs.
The apartment has access to free street parking a few metres away, next to a playground, so very handy for those with children.
Valfabbrica is an hidden gem in central Italy, a lovely village in the Umbrian countryside, which also benefits from being less touristy than Assisi, yet bearing close distance to Perugia airport and Assisi. At closing walking distance, is the main village square, boasting two pizzerias, a cafe, a wine merchant , butcher and a little grocery and everything.
For those who appreciate the countryside, there is easy access to picturesque walks around Valfabbrica, with a small lake nearby.
We highly recommend the place - thank you Francesco & Katia for making our stay so special, having gone above and beyond.

È stato un soggiorno meraviglioso sotto ogni punto di vista, in un appartamento dove ci si sente davvero a casa fin dal primo istante. L’alloggio è comodo, confortevole, curato nei dettagli e dotato di tutto l’occorrente per vivere la vacanza in totale relax, dalla cucina attrezzata agli spazi pensati per rendere il rientro serale sempre piacevole.
La posizione è ottima: l’appartamento si trova in una zona davvero strategica affacciata sulla superstrada, che permette di spostarsi facilmente per visitare i dintorni; noi abbiamo raggiunto senza difficoltà il lago Trasimeno, Perugia, Assisi, Spoleto e Gubbio, organizzando ogni giorno una nuova escursione.
Francesco e sua moglie ci hanno accolti con un caloroso benvenuto, facendoci sentire immediatamente a nostro agio. Per i nostri bimbi hanno messo a disposizione tutto l’occorrente: seggiolone e stoviglie per mangiare, accessori per il bagno, oltre a giochi e libri che hanno reso il soggiorno ancora più sereno e divertente per loro.
Francesco è una persona squisita, sempre disponibile, altruista, attento a ogni esigenza e capace veramente di stupire. Dal primo contatto al check-out si è dimostrato estremamente flessibile e premuroso, contribuendo in modo decisivo a rendere questa esperienza speciale.
Siamo partiti con il sorriso e con la sincera voglia di ritornare presto.
