Crispy (crispy = very good) ac, Netflix, beautiful sunrise seen from window with wonderful view, a host who very obviously cares so much about the experience, great coffee in room, easy check in, great location, one of the most comfortable beds in a rental, every detail was thought of.
I don’t have any cons. I want to say something sarcastic here but I won’t in fear that it may translate not well.

The location was perfect for getting around the city The accommodation was great so clean comfortable and spacious Facilities were everything i needed

I was very satisfied with the smooth check-in and (late) check-out formalities. The host was friendly and always available to clarify any queries. Bologna is relatively flat and the apartment is within a short walk of the historical center.
Frankly, the cost paid for this stay (~Euro 350 a night for an ensuite room in an apartment) was shocking. I have stayed in top quality hotels/ resorts around the world for better prices.

I loved the location + the B&B was amazing. All things you need were there + more!! This is better than a lot of 4* hotels. Also, the host is a great, friendly guy!! I'm booking it now for a 2nd time.
Everything was great! 9,8/10 - I don't believe in 10/10 ;)
