Great stay, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again and the host was great

Apartment was great and we had a great time. Apartment was comfortable and location was central.

Amazing stay in Bologna, fabulous host, definitely one to come back to!

This was an amazing property, it had everything you could need, great location, and the host was wonderful! There was more than enough of what we needed to be comfortable here, the host provided fantastic directions, suggestions and instructions. My family loved this place and was sad when we left.

Lovely and Comfortable Apartment

This apartment was very nicely appointed and was very comfortable and clean. The hosts were very helpful and attentive. The beds were very comfortable and spacious and the kitchen had everything we needed. There was a Coop market one block away right on the same street and was very convenient. There were also several restaurants that looked yummy. We were thankful for the washing machine and the rack for drying. The apartment is at a busy street corner and Bologna is a busy city, so you can expect some city noise but it was not a deterrent or problem for us sleeping or while we were awake.

The only negative we had about this apartment was its location. To get to it from the train station was about a 10E taxi ride, and to get to the historic foodie area was another 10-12E one way. Somehow, while booking, I did not fathom the distances well and in my opinion, now that I was there, walking it would have been a challenge- but we're in our 70s - perhaps someone younger wouldn't have a problem with that much walking. We had flown into Florence then taken two different trains to Bologna and then walking more on top of all that seemed like a lot for that day. The apartment is lovely and perfect, it's just the distance from the foodie area that I hadn't figured well. The taxi drivers were pleasant and helpful. There is a number right on the inside door of the apartment to help you secure a taxi. On a whole we felt Bologna was a busy, crowded and perhaps a bit overrated city. We were disappointed in the city, but thoroughly enjoyed our apartment while there.

Beautiful apartment in good location, kind owner, especially enjoyed in the library. :)

I was at the begging of April the heating season was over but there was no option to heat. I guess that temperatures were not expected but it should be provided as option. And the tourist tax was not displayed in the booking taxes and fees.

Linda is extremely a good house owner. She was so kind giving all needed information from check in to check out. Flat's neighborhod is nice and very close to center, very clean and good choices.

Wonderful stay

Apartment was very comfortable with excellent communication from the host with plenty of tips on where to eat etc. Apartment was very well stocked with everything you would need in the kitchen and bathrooms. Position is an easy 15 minute walk from the train station and then about 5 minutes to the real historic centre of Bologna.

A great place to stay while you visit Bologna and nearby cities to

- The communication with the owner was cordial, complete and prompt. - The entry system was amazing - simple and effective - although I wonder how one manages without a smartphone. - The apartment is spacious, well-appointed and comfortable. - The location - about midway between the city center and the train station - is convenient.

There is some noise from the street outside. But, after all, we were in the heart of the city Just a detail: I kept looking for a clock in the kitchen/living area. Finally I found a small alarm clock on the shelf but the batteries were dead.

Exceptional

The apartment is big, it can accommodate 4-5 people, 2 bedrooms, and it was very clean. We stayed for just a night, and we arrived at 8pm in Bologna to take the flight the next day in the morning, but the apartment is nice, clean, and comfy. I haven't met the owner but spoken with her via Whatsapp, she was very responsive and helpful.

Superb

It was a very pleasant staying. The apartment is very clean, spacious, good planned: two separated bedrooms, big and clean bath, cute living room with kitchen. All you need was in the bathroom, also an air condition in the bedrooms- it was very hot in September. Nice decoration inside. Big cupboards and wardrobes. Very good contact with the owner- check in was digital and very easy. We took a taxi from the airport- 20€, 15 minutes away. Got a lot of advices from Linda- in the area there are two supermarkets- Coop and Pam, lots of bakeries and restaurants. Especially recommend ristorante da me (needs a reservation). Piazza Maggiore in about 10 minutes walk max. Perfect!

Unfortunately I must say it was crazy loud outside- it’s a crossroads down in the street and Italians go to bed really late. So I had to sleep with the window closed. But I had an AC. That was disturbing though. And also my bed was really very hard, but may be it’s just me. The rest was really perfect. Will come back anytime.

Nonostante la struttura sia gestita da remoto, Linda è sempre “presente” e responsiva via telefono e messaggi. La casa ha più di quello che ti aspetteresti. Molti libri e fumetti, che non guasta. La zona, nonostante i lavori, è tranquilla e appena fuori dal centro centro.

Un apartamento estupendo para una estancia en Bolonia.

Un piso amplio y espacioso: techos altos, dormitorios enormes y mini cocina en el salón. La casa tiene de todo: jabones, té, café, tostadora, lavadora, monitores, etc. La ubicación está a 10-15 minutos andando de la estación de tren y tiene varios restaurantes y cafeterías cerca, así como un supermercado. La estación de tren de Bolonia es un buen punto de partida para visitar numerosas provincias italianas y funciona literalmente como un reloj.

Poco hay que decir y ya entra dentro de gustos. Las persianas pesan un poco para gente mayor y es un primer piso. Nada más que añadir.

Fiesta RAVE en el piso de al lado

La localización

Los vecinos (pared con pared del dormitorio de la cama de cabecero oscuro) tenían montada una fiesta RAVE, de música electrónica, segun llegamos. Era insoportable. Hasta las 21:00 no pararon, y lo hicieron despues de salir a la terraza (se comparte con los vecinos) y, a gritos, pedirles que pararan. Nos pusimos varias veces en contacto con la persona que gestiona el apartamento y no ofrecía soluciones, aparte de decirnos que lo diría al administrador (supongo para tratarlo en la próxima reunion de vecinos) y que nunca le había pasado antes. Lo pongo por escrito para que si a alguien mas le pasa, se vaya sabiendo. Que te cobren mas de 200 eur por una noche así no me parece coherente.

Posizione centrale

Posizione eccezionale appena fuori dalla ztl, comodo parcheggio multipiano a pochi metri. Proprietaria molto disponibile e gentile. Comunicazione facile e rapida. Procedura di check-in online con apertura porte anche tramite app e codice pin, molto pratica e comoda. L'edificio è un vecchio condominio, l'appartamento sarebbe un po' da rinnovare ma le camere e gli spazi sono molto ampi.

In generale la pulizia dell'appartamento. La biancheria da letto (soprattutto lenzuola) è da migliorare. La biancheria da bagno suggeriamo vivamente di sostituirla perché tutti gli asciugamani avevano un odore molto acre e sgradevole.
