It was a very cozy place, nicely renovated and decorated, perfect for a family of four or two couples sharing a bathroom. The location is quite good and overlooks a quiet park. Our host Simona was very warm, hospitable and always ready to answer questions through messages.
Everything was fine. Although it’s an old building, you feel at home the moment you get into the apartment, plus it overlooks a park which makes it quiet and airy. So nothing can put you off another stay next time in Bologna.

Sétatávolságra helyezkedik el a belvárostól, a közelben egy parkolóházzal és egy parkkal. Az apartman felszerelése is megfelelő, mikró, vízforraló, egyéb szükséges alapvető konyhai eszközök is megtalálhatóak.
Nagyon közel van kávézó és egy tradicionális étterem, bolt.
A szállásadó pedig egy végtelenül kedves, figyelmes, segítőkész hölgy!
Máskor is ezt választanám!

The apartment was very well located within the walking distance to both city centre and the train station. It was very clean and well decorated. We loved the balcony overlooking little park, so it didn't feel like you're on a busy road in the middle of a city. There are bus stops nearby and two well stocked Pam supermarkets in less than 5 minutes walk. The appartment was very comfortable and cosy, with air-cons in both bedrooms that worked very well, which was important for us in the middle of July 😅 It was very well equipped with everything for a comfortable stay too. And last, but definitely not least, our hostess Simona was very welcoming, kind, helpful and easy to access. On our arrival we had a very warm welcome from our hostess' son, who showed us around, explained everything in a very good English and gave us brilliant recomendations for places to visit and eat. We highly recommend this place, and it will be definitely our first choice to stay in Bologna next time 😍

Great location near to station and central Bologna. Felt very secure with a lovely view from the balcony of the park.
