- Beds were uncomfortable. - Street noise came in, the apt is on 3rd floor, but somehow strangly we've heard people talking on the street. - The bathroom pathway and the shower is very narrow, if You are bigger, You will have problems moving in those areas.

Appartamento in posizione perfetta se di arriva dalla stazione e si vuole visitare il centro. La casa è dotata davvero di tutto: stoviglie, elettrodomestici ecc

Purtroppo la zona è rumorosa e non si dorme affatto bene soprattutto nel finesettimana; nonostante le finestre e le tapparelle chiuse. Dallo scarico della doccia viene fuori un forte cattivo odore che magari può essere mitigato anche con pulizie più profonde o banalmente profumatori.

This apartment is great for visiting Bologna. It's really close to Piazza Maggiore (a few minutes on foot). The apartment is big, the bed is comfortable, there is plenty of space. There are a lot of bars around for having breakfast (go out and find them, there are more than appear on google maps). There are 2 supermarkets really close; one of them practically next door, for the bigger one you must walk 2 minutes. I liked it and I recommend it, it's a great find.

Gute Lage, 10 Minuten von der Altstadt und 20 Minuten vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt.

Die Kosten für das Appartement sind total überteuert. Die Wohnung liegt zur Straße und man hört den Lärm an den Bushaltestellen und den des gesamten Verkehrs bis spät in die Nacht und ab 4:30 Uhr früh morgens. Am schlimmsten ist der Geruch der aus dem Abfluss im Duschbereich aufstieg, selbst nach 6 Tagen und täglichem duschen von 3 Personen und zusätzlichem Wasser laufen lassen hörte der wirklich üble Geruch nicht auf. Hinzu kommt noch ein total verbautes Bad. Wenn man die Tür öffnet steht man sofort vor der Dusche und gelangt an der Dusche vorbei (ca. max. 60 cm breite) erst zum Waschbecken und zur Toilette. Die Tür zum Badezimmer kann man nicht schließen da das Türblatt defekt ist. Die Küchenmöbel sind veraltet und könnten durch die einnahmen aus dem überteuerten Übernachtungspreis erneuert werden. Die Tür zum Gefrierfach ist defekt, darauf wird durch einen Zettel an der Tür bereits hingewiesen. Die Wohnung ist alles außer günstig. Ich kann die Wohnung nicht weiterempfehlen.
