The location is great. You will not have to waste time waiting for trams or buses. All the best Bologna has to offer is within walking distance. There is a PAM supermarket on the corner and a larger one three minutes walk away. Both are excellent. Everything in the studio worked well. The WiFi was very reliable. The beds were really comfortable with proper cotton sheets and nice pillows.

The building's ground floor has damp issues, particularly in the public areas. You could smell the dampness in the studio. The bathroom needs refurbishment, painting and re-tiling. The studio is very compact. You will need to travel light as there is no wardrobe or chest of drawers. I wouldn't recommend staying in the colder autumn/winter months.

Conflicting messages from 2 sources: booking.com corporation and local. I don’t as given an email to submit my passport picture to the police! Then a simple step to send it to a different site. I was given 2 different amounts for tourist tax, one usual (€30) the other more than double (€65) which was taken from my account. Every other place in Italy it is paid in cash at check in. I asked twice for an explanation for the high tourist tax and got no answer. I should get a refund for the excess amount. The room itself is very stuffy with poor air flow.

Good location, quiet sleep.

They should implement dehumidifier and/or heating system.There was a high percentage of Humidity in the interior atmosphere. Mould in the shower area.
