The staff were very helpful, friendly and responsive.

I booked this apartment despite the high price mainly because it was advertised as having air conditioning. However, the apartment has two floors and there was only one AC unit in the upstairs living room, with no AC in the bedrooms or downstairs. The portable fans provided were very weak, which made sleeping uncomfortable. There was also very loud noise from outside, possibly from a restaurant or bar downstairs. Even with all the windows closed, the noise was very loud and there seemed to be almost no soundproofing. Basic amenities were also missing, including body wash/shampoo, and the washing machine soap was empty. For the price, the apartment did not meet my expectations.
