Lage Hervorragend, und daher auch neben einer der aktuellen Baustellen in diesem Stadtentwicklungsgebiet. Toller Blick auf das alte Sinterbecken / neues Amphietheater. Schlüsselübergabe hervorragend, Kommunikation mit Gastgeber perfekt (Mehrsprachig). Wohnungsausstattung umfangreich und hochwertig. Parkplatz top. Geschäfte von Discounter über Kleidung bis Restaurants um die Ecke. Stadtteil ist sehr interessant. Zur Rockhal ca 500 Meter.
Wie ich vor der Buchung wusste (!), ist nebenan eine Baustelle (das Viertel wird ja neu entwickelt, deshalb will man ja dahin!) und in Luxemburg sind Handwerker fleißig. Da kann der Vermieter nichts für!

L'appartement offre le confort et la praticité d'un parking, sans oublier l'agrément de la terrasse. De plus, la proximité des restaurants et des diverses boutiques est un atout non négligeable. L'entourage extérieur se caractérise par la présence de laminoirs anciens attestant d'une activité sidérurgique révolue bon mélange de l'ancien et du moderne
Sans aucune remarque à faire, nous avons vraiment aimé notre bref séjour dans votre logement. Le réveil à 7h00 le matin du au chantier qui ce trouve de l'autre côté de la rue
