Séjour très décevant : appartement sale, mal équipé et difficile d’accès.

L’appartement est bien situé.

Pour le prix payé, je suis extrêmement déçue par cette location. La propreté de l’appartement est loin d’être à la hauteur de ce qui est attendu. Contrairement aux photos et à la description, l’appartement n’était ni neuf ni particulièrement soigné. Le tapis et le canapé du salon étaient sales, et le sol n’avait clairement pas été nettoyé correctement. Cela donne une très mauvaise première impression et rend le séjour peu agréable. La cuisine, quant à elle, n’était pas entièrement équipée comme indiqué dans l’annonce. Il manquait plusieurs éléments de base, ce qui est regrettable pour un logement présenté comme étant bien équipé. L’accès à l’appartement est également très compliqué et peu pratique. Il faut traverser plusieurs halls, prendre deux ascenseurs différents, passer par une terrasse, puis encore un autre bâtiment avant d’atteindre enfin le couloir menant à l’appartement. Cela ressemble davantage à un parcours du combattant qu’à un accès simple et fonctionnel. Enfin, l’ambiance générale n’est pas accueillante. Les voisins que l’on croise dans les halls sont désagréables et donnent un sentiment d’inconfort. Au vu de cette expérience négative, je ne reviendrai pas dans cet appartement et je ne le recommande pas.
