Spacious and airy and well-equipped, with a great view of the High Street, right in the middle of Bedale. Everything of a great quality (bedding, towels, furniture etc). Shower stuff provided too and the bathroom (and rest of flat) was spotless.
It was very hot in the bedroom; a fan would go a long way towards more restful sleep. Also the blinds do not block out any light, so if you visit in summer be prepared to wake with the sun.

We were in room three which is up several stairs and suffer from arthritis.We would love to come again but be on the lower floor

breakfast is not served here but there are several cafes nearby
everything was very good, somewhere to hang clothes would have been useful as would a small coffee table in the lounge
