Amazing flat in a lovely town
Very clean and comfortable. I loved staying in the flat
I loved it all just a few maintenance things - the tap in the bathroom sink needs to be repaired and there looks as if there has been a little water coming through to the floor below. The hob is hard to use as you can not see the temperature dials.

Spring Rose exceeded our expectations and was a lovely home from home
Fabulous property - lovely decor, comfy beds, plenty of space, spotlessly clean. Ideal location in Bedale centre and private parking a real bonus
Bathroom tap in sink is faulty - sprayed water everywhere - needs fixing urgently. On our last night (Sunday 17/11) someone was drilling (yes drilling!) in the adjacent property at 1am. We hammered on the walls and shouted at them to “SHUT UP”!

Great for short break. All amenities available including modern dishwasher and washing machine.
Clean - All facilities available.
No ability to open window in main bedroom if too hot at night. There is a door but not able to leave open due to security. Hob is old type and would benefit from a more modern one such as induction as everything else in property is up to date.
