Well appointed cottage close to Bedale amenities.

Comfy beds, good basic kitchen supplies, bottle of Cava was a nice touch. Pretty outlook over school grounds. Close to Bedale high street with plenty of amenities. Plenty of storage space. Off street parking and downstairs toilet a plus.

As we had 4 adults in our group, an extra lounge chair would have made a difference. A power point close to a mirror to blow dry hair would be helpful.

Lovely place would highly recommend

Lovely property just few minutes walk from centre of Bedale. Clean, spacious & everything you can need for a comfortable stay. Great having 2 bathrooms & being dog friendly.

Ideal holiday home for 2 couples, clean, comfortable, well equipped and great location.

This place had everything you would want from a holiday home for 2 couples, including 2 bathrooms. It was very comfortable, clean and very well equipped with everything you need. Nice welcome pack and bottle of fizz, tucked away at the end of a row, nice and quiet, with the added bonus of a designated parking place. The host Simon was great in making contact and provided the door code prior to arrival. He also checked that everything was OK at the end of our visit.

Very minor issue, there was only 3 chairs in the garden.

Great location, quiet (went during school holidays), and a well presented home from home.

Comfortable beds and a well equipped kitchen. Very good location both for walking into Bedale itself (5 mins to high street) and for wider travels in the area. Good contact from Simon before the visit, with lots of helpful info and assistance.

The property was exceptional, everything was good quality. If you wanted to eat in all your stay the kitchen had everything you need. We only cooked breakfast.

The only thing that we could say is it would be handy to have instruction leaflets on things like the boiler, as it needed resetting, as the water went cold. I emailed the property owner & he responded very quickly

We have a relative in Bedale and this house was home from home nearby.

High quality crockery and linen. Coffee machine brilliant and some pods to start us off. Great welcome with milk, tea and coffee and fresh flowers in vases. Simon has thought of everything, washing and dishwasher tabs, all supplied. Very comfortable and cosy stay. We will be back!

Excellent place to stay.....will be back again

An excellent place to stay while I was working in the are. Brilliant comms with the property owner before and during the stay and they dealt with any issues immediately and positively. The house is very well appointed and has everything that you would need for a stay.....comfy beds, comfy living area and excellent internet connection. Did not get a chance to use the outside area due to the time of year that I was there, but looks lovely and would be a great place to sit out and enjoy a sociabale beverage and outdoor cooking event. Is also a very handy distance from the high street in Bedale with its selection of shops, cafes, pubs and other eateries

Can't really think of anything that I didn't like about the stay...suppose a hot-tub would have been the cherry on the cake. Proximity to local schools may be off putting to some, but once inside with windows and doors closed, you do not notice this at all
