We stayed for one night on our way to Northumberland it was very nice to be able to rent for 1 night

TV instructions….couldnt get Netflix to work Some more information on Bedale ….we discovered the Georgian leech house by chance.

Comfortable and very relaxing.

Very well presented and clean. It really was like a home from home. Comfortable bed and nice reclining sofa. The parking was good, and Bedale is just a 5 minute walk.

No outside space, but the town and park are only a short walk.

Lovely little apartment, ideal for a couple . Easy 5 minute walk into Bedale centre. Spotlessly clean with great parking. Good communication from Matty. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Pristine property for exploring N Yorkshire.

Everything. Clean, modern and a very quiet location. We rented the flat above 20 years ago and decided to have a little trip back to Bedale. This one is perfect for a couple exploring the Dales, walking into Bedale or travelling further afield. Although compact it’s immaculately presented and couldn’t ask for more. Will be back very soon.

Cosy flat that met all our needs, very comfortable and highly recommend.

A great base for our stay. Walking distance to the town, shops, pubs and cafes. Very comfortable bed and slept well. Great reclining sofa and a very well equipped kitchen and a nice welcome package. Beautiful bathroom with heated towel rail. Warm on arrival and lights left on in case it was dark when we arrived. Very thoughtful, thank you.

This is the only thing, and possibly because we are of a certain age and I have a dodgy hip. We felt a little vulnerable getting out of the bath/shower as there was nothing to hold on too and with only a small square anti slip mat, it left us both feeling unsafe. A grab handle would have been great.
