Great location, near the town center and the shops. Parking was convenient. Place was lovely and comfortable. Amenities were just what we needed. Owner was thoughtful.

Very clean and in very good condition. Ease of entry. The p;positioning of the accommodation made walking into Bedale a doddle. We’ll likely be back.

On entrance to the inside property, it was welcoming and clean with all needs provided for an overnight stay.
Our only problem was that the large sash window in the bedroom either didn’t open, or we couldn’t open it. The lock was much higher than we could reach and we were unable to, or we couldn’t open it.
So on a hot day in August, the room did not have ventilation from outside.
This may have been because the room was on the ground floor. However, a fan would have been appreciated.

The location, parking, cleanliness & comfort. Also had numerous small treats - tea, coffee, hot choc, biscuits, milk, water, squeezy, shower gel etc.
Liked it all.
