The host is very friendly, she will guide you through the check-in process and all the basic things are already prepared. There is a kitchen and shared bathroom. It is a new experience to stay at the Gosiwon. The location is very strategic you can walk to Sinsa Station or find the bus station nearby. There is GS25 nearby the property so it is very convenient.

I loved the location. The proximity to Sinsa station and Garusogil was great.

My biggest issue was the lack of certain aspects aligning with the posting. The pictures made the interior appear much cleaner and put-together than it was. The bathroom was kept relatively cleanly, but there was no advanced notice about not being able to flush the toilets (which I already knew is sometimes a problem in Korea) and the wood shower doors had a not insignificant amount of what appeared to be mold. The posting also said that the door to the building was locked, but the front door was left wide open during the day as well as night time. Anyone could walk in and access the bathrooms or other shared facilities if they wanted.
