    The only positive about it was the price. I booked a solo room with private bathroom but the shower didnt work l l, at first I thought I didnt know how to turn it on and I contact the staff he said sorry its broken and I need to use the shared bathroom. I told him I paid extra for private. He then apologized and assured me he will fix it the next day and refund me a 1 night. The next day he came after mid night at 12:30 am to fix it. So basically two days without a shower in the room. The 3rd day I contacted him regarding the refund but he said he gonna do it I told him when without a response untill now. Bad customer service

    Wifi doesn’t work in the room, and in other spots. No good shower for dorms. No bidet.
