The owner is very accomodating, he helps me when my passport and my laptop got lost. The room is spacious and very clean. Location is also good and is near in nearby Metro Substations, Restaurants and Malls

Nice home located not too far from the city center, ideal if you want to hike on the Seoul city wall.
Facilities aren’t new and the doors are not soundproof but with earplugs, I was fine. Cheap laundry. They upgraded me to a nicer room. Would definitely go back.

This place is definitely worth the money. I booked a single room with a private bathroom, and it was clean, bed is very comfortable, and had everything I needed, including a refrigerator.
One thing I really appreciated was the attention to detail with the shared facilities. They provided thoughtful extras like a luggage scale (which was incredibly useful before my flight), an iron, hot and cold drinking water, as well as a washing machine and dryer. These little touches made my stay much more convenient.
The only downside was that I saw one cockroach in my bathroom, but it was summertime, so I understand it can happen.
Overall, it was a comfortable stay with great amenities and excellent value for money. I would happily stay here again.

Pros: Great option if you are looking at low prices
Cons: Toilet very smelly due to the underground pipe, up the hill from Mrt Station and nearby not much food except for mala soup and . noodles. Heater in the room dont work well and during winter it is super cold
