    Had an amazing stay at Zen Seoul Stay. Location were great, room, toilet, shower room and common area were clean. Only downside was the place has no lift so it’s kinda hard specially if you have big luggages.

    The staff and location is nice. But the hotel is very very inconvenient i hated staying in it..!! And its expensive too for how bad it is..!! The shower room and toilets are on the 2nd floor and not in the female dorm area. So you need to go down everytime plus they are seperate. The shower was always clogged with hairs throughout my stay and its so small you need to get out of it to change your clothes but anyone can walk in..!! While i was changing my clothes a white man just walked in. And if they do "by mistake" you can't do anything. And the toilets are also very small a tall person can barely fit the sink is in the toilet room so if u need to brush u need to go there but nothing to hang your belongings. No sink in the shower rooms. Whoever designed this property hates women for sure. Very very inconvenient stay. The location is good but find other property in the same location not this one..!!!

    My stay at Zen Seoul was okay overall—not exceptional, but not bad either. It served its purpose, though there are a few things future guests should keep in mind. Be careful when booking, as cancellations may only be accepted up to 5 days before your scheduled stay, so be sure of your plans before confirming. Personally, I hope the cancellation policy could be a bit more flexible. Five days feels like a long notice period, and there may still be opportunities to fill the room with new bookings 48–72 hours before check-in. If you're planning to extend your stay, it's better to request the change as early as possible instead of sending multiple follow-ups. The hostel can also be a bit difficult to find on your first visit. From Jongno 3-ga Station Exit 4, walk toward the orange building, then turn left, followed by a right turn. If you're still unsure, don't hesitate to ask for directions. Lastly, I hope the management can improve the overall cleanliness of the property, as it would make the stay much more comfortable. Overall, it's a decent budget accommodation with room for improvement, and I hope these tips help future guests have a smoother experience.
