Le quartier de itaewon est devenu beaucoup plus vivant depuis ma dernière visite en 2024. Dans l'appartement on est 8 au maximum, et le propriétaire est dans l'appartement juste au-dessus. Le ménage est fait très souvent, minimum deux fois par jour. On peut faire sa machine à laver gratuitement et il y a un Tancarville/étendoir qu'on peut demander. A disposition il y a aussi une climatisation dans la salle à manger qui peut rafraîchir aisément. L'auberge est un appartement coréen local, c'est très agréable, je me suis senti un peu comme à la maison.

Il manquait une passoire pour cuisiner. Et la quartier de itaewon est pentu, il faut le savoir. L'appartement demande de monter quelques escaliers, donc pour ceux qui ont du mal, c'est à prendre en considération..

The neighborhood is good and close to the subway.

The photos are misleading: this is just a 2-bedroom apartment and it's not as clean, tidy and cozy as the photos. One bedroom has 2 beds, you book a bed not the room, so you'll be sharing with no privacy. The other bedroom had 3 bunk beds, 6 beds total (I did not stay in that room). No air circulation, it really gets moisty, warm and with mosquitoes (not too bad in winter, but summer must be horrible). I booked at a bad time, but too expensive for what you get. Only ok for 1 or 2 nights in an emergency, but there's definitively waaaay better options in Seoul for that price.
