I would not have booked if I had first read the reviews on google. I strongly advise you ask google to take them down. The rooms were very clean, spotless. Beds and furniture very vintage .
The swimming ‘pool’ ought to be changed into a garden sit out area Did not look anything like the photo! .lift area and stair will need a good uplift! But excellent location, well ventilated room, charming really! Andy, caretaker was great! Call it a motel, as thisis more accurate.reduces expectations! Great value for money..
We enjoyed our stay and will go back
Thanks Aarani

Good spot. Hidden in the midst of the busy town. Nice concept.

Surprisingly, it was a comfy stay in a hidden hotel just by the roadside and in the centre of excitement of Ipoh town. The concept reminds us of the old kampung house. Good that they preserve the old building.

First of all, very hard to find the hotel although it's in the middle of the city. I mean, the exact location. Fortunately the staff keep on calling, but kinda creepy cause what u mean, when u're in the middle of streets looking for the hotel, suddenly someone call u and not identify himself as staff, but keep on asking u to follow him? Overall the room quite ok, but no heater shower. The bed was large and comfy. No elevator, and u have to climb a stairs to reach at the bedroom. Inconvenience if u bring luggage (just like me). The vibe is aesthatic I would say. The most convinience I would say that the hotel is in the middle of the city, but the irony is, it's very hard to find.
