    the room was bigger than expected and super clean! location is so good too, it was really near to everything. we in fact just walked everywhere! saw some reviews of people saying they could hear cars driving but imo we did not face that issue at all.

    It is good for back packers, solo travel and couple travel. No TV provided, the location is only 100m from concubine lane!

    I booked Brick Box Hotel Ipoh for 16 July because of its convenient location near KTM Ipoh Station for my 9:00 AM appointment. When I arrived, I was informed that the hotel had no water supply and was transferred to Brick Box Hotel @ Riverside instead. Although transportation was arranged, I was still charged an extra RM3 per room. The replacement hotel was much farther from the city, had very limited food options nearby, and I found small insects on the bed. The unexpected hotel change caused extra transport costs, wasted my travel time, and made it more difficult to attend my appointment. I booked this hotel for its location, but I did not receive the stay I had booked. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this hotel.
