Великолепное расположение в центре города. Вид на Арарат из окна кухни. В квартире есть все необходимое для жизни. Хозяин был всегда на связи, смог заселить ночью и выселить утром.
Спальня маленькая, без собственого окна, но с окном наверху в гостиную, фактически мало изолирована. Квартира только для пары, с семьей будет сложнее.

We booked this apartment for two nights in March 2026 — myself, my wife, and our two children. The amenities were complete and well-maintained, and the host had thoughtfully stocked some essentials in the cabinets, which was a small but very appreciated touch. The location in the city center was excellent, and being on the 10th floor offered a great view. We enjoyed our stay so much that we wanted to extend for three more nights, but unfortunately it was fully booked.
There was one power outage that lasted about an hour, which meant climbing ten floors on foot! Also, since the apartment is in the city center, finding parking was a bit difficult — I often had to park in the surrounding side streets. The price felt slightly high for what’s offered. That said, overall it’s a good and comfortable apartment.

В квартире чисто, свежее пастельное белье, приятный персонал
отключали воду, но это никак не зависело от хозяина
и нам было немного неудобно с коляской, так как помимо лифта есть ступеньки на первом и между 9 и 10 этажом
