value for the money is alittle low and it was pricey but i have no choice

It is well-located to the main parts of the city, it has good view and the apartment is clean.
Arshak is a good host, he is always available to answer your questions and solve any problems.
It is on the 11 floor of an old building and the elevator is too old. you should expect that it wont work for sometimes... although Arshak tried his best to solve any problems as soon as possible.

it is very clean and big enough for 2 persons. The location is perfect just in the middle of the shopping area and near Republic square and a big park just in front of it. the owner is very helpful and kind.
It is on the 10th floor with the elevator but defiantly it should be mentioned some people might prefer the lower floor and of course should check with the owner if the elevator is working properly.
