Everything was excellent. The apartment has a perfect location right in the very center of the city, with all the main attractions within walking distance. There is also a 24-hour supermarket just across the street. The host is very welcoming and friendly, and whenever possible, he is happy to accommodate requests regarding check-in and check-out times. He is also always available if you have any questions about your stay or need recommendations on where to go and what to see. We also went on a trip with Artur to a ski resort and Lake Sevan. I highly recommend going with him, as he has a very comfortable car, and the trip ended up being about 2.5 times cheaper than similar tours offered by guides for the same destination. Overall, we absolutely loved everything and will definitely come back to stay at Artur’s apartments again.

Location wise and value for money. The property is very accessible to everything, most important is.. the apartment is very clean & cozy and walking distance to republic square, city supermarket and other tourist spots around the city. Our host (Arthur) was very hospitable, i recommend his apartment, a perfect place to stay in Yerevan. If i can give a rate it will be a perfect 10. You will enjoy your stay. Our five days stay is superb. Booked his apartment and thank me later.
