The building's facade is a bit odd; it wasn't easy to find the entrance or all the keys. The apartment itself is nice and has two bedrooms.
It gets really hot at night, and air condition doesn't help. If you open the window, it gets really noisy because there's a busy street nearby. The shower setup is weird - water leaks onto the floor.

Absolútne dokonalý apartmán.... veľkorysý priestor, priamo v centre, v blízkosti všetkých možných atrakcií.. obchodné centrum , potraviny, reštaurácie, kaviarne.. všetko, čo len môžete chcieť.... všade čisto, kuchyňa maximálne vybavená všetkým riadom, kávovar, mikrovlnná rúra. Komunkácia perfektná, vždy mi vyšli v ústrety ke'd som niečo potrebovala... Apartmán je vo veľkej budove, ale prístup bezproblémový, je tam aj výťah... Ďakujeme za super pobyt.....

Een leuk appartement aan de rand van "de cirkel". Je bent in een paar minuten op republic square. Maar ook andere bezienswaardigheden zijn niet ver. Heerlijke douche, goed bed, airco doet het goed. Goeie douche. We hebben nooit gekookt, maar dat zou wel kunnen. De beschrijving die je vlak van tevoren krijgt is duidelijk zodat je niet hoeft te twijfelen wat je moet doen bij aankomst. Bij helder weer heb je mooi uitzicht op de ararat. Supermarkten dichtbij. Yerevan is een leuke vriendelijke stad.
Het gebouw zelf is wel sjofel. Je hebt ergeen last van, maar je weet het niet omdat er geen foto's van zijn. Het appartement is wél goed! Overigens echt wel een veilige plek ondanks de uitstraling van het gebouw.
