Times Square Retreat with Private Bathroom and Kitchenette

The location is fantastic — just a short walk from Times Square, with countless restaurants, bars, shops, and grocery stores nearby. The 42 St-Port Authority station is within walking distance, which makes getting around the city, especially with luggage, very easy. The host was super nice, answered all my questions quickly, checked in regularly to make sure everything was going well, and even let me check in much earlier than the official time, which was great after a long flight. The apartment is small but very well equipped. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the kitchen cabinet had everything I needed, including a coffee machine with capsules, kitchenware, a mini fridge, and even earplugs. The apartment is located inside a residential building, and entering through the main gate and building doors made me feel like a local every time I came back from exploring the city - it was honestly the best part of the stay. It felt like really living in New York rather than staying in a hotel, very authentic. The whole unlocking system for the doors via a website link was pretty cool and easy to understand too!

The apartment is small, like SUPER SMALL (although that was expected). Once I opened my suitcase, moving around the room became difficult, and there was very limited space for storing clothes or personal belongings. A few additional hooks or shelves would be helpful. The apartment was also super warm, although this was mostly offset by the available air-conditioning unit. It was not 100% clean, there was dust and dirt around, but I didn't spend a lot of time inside, so I didn't really care about that.
