Klidná čtvrť, výhled do krytého dvora, k dispozici vlastní garáž ve dvoře (garáž je poměrně malá a úzká - pokud by někdo cestoval s dodávkou, je to nutné vzít v potaz), parádní velký balkon rozměrů terasy, výborně vybavený byt i kuchyně. V dochozí vzdálenosti do centra města. V okolí množství barů, kebab, pizza, apod.
příliš měkká postel, ale to je otázka osobní preference a rozhodně ne stížnost :)

Die Lage war für uns hervorragend, das Appartement ist sauber, modern und zweckmässig. Einkaufmöglichkeit im Haus, Tolle Küchenausstattung, ruhige Lage, Garage
Aussentemperatur war recht hoch, daher auch im Appartement sehr warm, Die Sitzgelegenheit/ Barbrett + Barstühle in der Küche ist für den Frühstückskaffee ok, aber zum Essen oder z.B, Kartenspielen sehr unbequem. Ein kleiner Tisch mit 2 normalen Sesseln wäre hier angenehmer, Abfluß in der Dusche verstopft, man musste warten, bis das Wasser abgeronnen ist, um nicht das Bad zu fluten
