Appartamento nuovo dotato di tutto il necessario per un breve soggiorno. Ottimo il parcheggio. Centro di Linz a 25 min di cammino.
La climatizzazione dell’appartamento è fornita da un climatizzatore portatile. Rumoroso e fastidioso, peccato.

Einerseits war die Lage, aufgrund der Zentrumsnähe sehr angenehm(zu Fuß ca. 20 min). Die Ausstattung der Unterkunft war grundsätzlich auch sehr in Ordnung. Der dazugehörige Parkplatz ist ein großes Plus.
Andererseits ist die Lage aufgrund des Straßenlärms (Verkehr und extrem laute Menschen) in der Zeit von 06.00 Uhr bis 22.00 Uhr doch sehr laut, obwohl sich die Unterkunft im 4. Stock befindet. Die mobile Klimaanlage ist nicht in der Lage die Temperatur so zu reduzieren, dass auch im Schlafraum etwas davon zu merken wäre. Etwas mehr Ess- und Trinkgeschirr wäre wünschenswert um nicht, trotz sparsamen Verbrauch, jeden zweiten Tag den halbvollen Spüler starten zu müssen.
