The apartment is cosy, very clean, on the good location 700 m from the volkspark advent and has everything that you need
The halways in the building where appartment is located are dirty, the parking place was hard to find because you need to park on the street and there is not much place to park but these are small problens

Маленька квартира для 2-х дорослих і 2-х дітей, з парковкою була проблема (поруч парковочного місця немає) кухонного приладдя мінімум, нам не вистачило. Немає пральної машини, немає посудомийки.

confort, dotations (smart télé, éclairage), gentillesse et attention de l'hôte bémol, des gels de douche mis à disposition sur les serviettes (sur les lits) P.S. Déjà la deuxième fois qu'on réserve cet appartement.

Good location for the train station, and lots of nice food in close proximity.
There was an app for opening the door that didn't work for us. I'm sure the issue was on our end, but still an unnecessary complication. We were never able to get it to work, despite being tech savvy with technical degrees. The owner, however was very quick to respond and could open the door remotely. We didn't have to wait to gain access as a result........ however it was an odd experience to feel like the door could be unlocked by someone at any time. It was a little unsettling somehow.
