Very modern and comfortable. Hassle free check in and out. Very walkable distance to Linz city centre. Was only there for a night so we didn’t make use of the kitchenette.
It was a very hot summer day and the property doesn’t have ac. However they do supply a fan which was better than nothing.

Functional and well-appointed apartment. 15 min walk from the main train station. 10 min walk to the main street. Even though it was on a main road, it was quiet. This apartment was perfect for visiting the Christmas markets and some exploring of Linz. There is a supermarket less than 100m from the complex, and it has a good selection of food, if you want to cook.
The internet died on our last night, and it was not fixed. The pillows were like paper. We did ask for two extra and got one. They are very good a texting back, so if you do need extra pillows, put it in your requests.

It was a neat modern flat. It had a washing machine, dishwasher and oven. It also had a very large TV. We were provided with salt and pepper, olive oil and vinegar, tea and coffee. The wifi signal was strong. The shower gel and shampoo were great. The location was good for the train station and centre of town. You are right next to a supermarket. There is a lift in the building.
The netflix connection was very poor. There were no oven gloves. If I'm being very picky, larger mugs would have been great, the cups provided were difficult to hold as they were too small. It would have been a bonus to have a couple of washing powder tablets for the washing machine. The road is busy and noisy
