Sehr zentral gelegen, das Zentrum von Linz ist fussläufig erreichbar. Ein tolles bequemes Boxspringbett👍 Gut ausgestattete Küchenzeile; Kaffeekapsel waren ausreichend vorhanden👍
Leider liegt das Rudolfquartier direkt an einer vielbefahrenen Straße, sodass es unmöglich ist, mit offenem Fenster zu schlafen. Die derzeitige Hitze hat das schlafen etwas schwierig gestaltet. Aber da kann der Vermieter auch nichts machen😉der vorhandene Ventilator hat keine Abkühlung gebracht.

L'établissement était très propre et super équipée. Il y avait tout l'équipement nécessaire pour un séjour de longue durée.
Petit bémol le logement est très bien isolé vers l'extérieur mais très peu isolé au niveau du plafond. Malheureusement les personnes vivant au dessus ne faisait que courir dans leur logement toute la journée ce qui empêche de se détendre sans écouteur ou boule quies.

The ground floor location on a busy junction with traffic lights made it either very hot and airless (with the windows closed) or very noisy with car fumes (with the windows open). I don’t recall any of this being mentioned in the description. Overall, a big disappointment.
