Koko and Precious gave us instructions for picking up the keys and we didn't have any issues getting into the apartment. They were also amazing when we ran into some trouble and got everything sorted for us. The apartment is nice and clean. The building itself could use some major improvements, but overall we had a peaceful stay and were able to sleep very well.

Just to mention something, a shower curtain would be a great addition; otherwise, the floor gets soaked every time you take a shower.

BEST CHOICE!! 1. Brilliant Location: Next door to Ars Electronika, over the bridge and you are in the beautiful centre. 2. Tram and bus stops so close. 3. Food shop Billa, bakeries, tobacconist, takeaway/delivery so close 4. Accommodation is however quiet as it faces the opposite way with lovely view of river, church, and lit up Ars Electronika building. I loved sitting on the balcony. Much better than just staring at another building. The studio flat is immaculate and modern. Suitable for wheelchair users I think. Free washing machines on ground floor. Lift. Definitely would choose again

There was a tiny bit of graffiti nearby (tram underpass). I love graffiti art work but as I am getting older I saw it as a sign of an unsafe neighbourhood. Totally wrong. The accommodation area is a very good area and very safe. My Linz friend explained that Linz Youth find tagging cool.

Es war nicht weit vom Stadtzentrum, ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß.

Keine Parkmöglichkeiten. Die Dusche war etwas verkalkt, dadurch wenig Wasserdruck und ließ sich nicht gut einstellen.

One can have breakfast on the balcony with a view of the Danube. The studio is within minutes of the tram stop and walking distance to the main sights in Linz. The studio has a homey feel. It’s quiet. The kitchenette is a plus. A very pleasant place instead of a hotel room.

A couple of hangers would be nice in case one has a dress or blouse to hang up.
