Das Beste was man in Linz für den Preis bekommen kann. Super gemütlich und stilvoll eingerichtet. Außerdem freistehend und damit hat man wirklich seine Ruhe.

The location was perfect - very close to the Danube river and promenade as well as to the city centre. The apartment is cozy, not very big, but includes all the necessary equipment: a kettle, a stove, a coffee maker, a fridge and of course a shower that is part of the room. The owners are super friendly and nice. It is a good value for the money.

The seating area outside is quite small (currently only 1 table for all guests), but we were informed that this shall improve soon.

Nichts

Part of the apartment matched the photos. The bed was comfortable, and the apartment was clean and bright. We have counted with the distance to the city center so it was ok.

I specifically looked for an apartment with three full-sized beds. One of the beds, however, was a folding bed that took up a large part of the apartment. On top of that, it was difficult to fold, and in the end one person had to sleep on a mattress on the floor. The shower was part of the room as well, which was also not clear from the photos. This felt misleading and unfair - both on the side of the apartment and Booking.com The rest of the apartment matched the photos, but these issues definitely affected the overall comfort of our stay
