Sehr schöne, saubere und geräumige Wohnung mit toller Ausstattung, flexiblem Checkin, Aufzug und Sitzmöglichkeiten im Freien. Sehr nah am Zentrum und mit einer Parkgarage ums Eck (gegen Gebühr kann man dort gut parken).
Leider gab es keine Weingläser und beim Lüften nachts (was notwendig war, da es sehr heiß war während unseres Aufenthalts in Linz) war der Geräuschpegel von draußen relativ hoch.

The place is well located, spacious, clean, stylish and quiet and there is a small terrace to have a drink in the evening. The parking lot is right under it so your car is perfectly safe. It was a lovely stay.
It took us three days to reach the owner to reserve a parking place for us. The automatic responses kept coming but no answers to our queries. It was a bit disconcerting.

Moderne, chambres spacieuses et proche du centre, literie confortable. Le très grand balcon est un plus.
Les chambres mériteraient d'être un peu plus occultées pour prolonger la nuit.

Large rooms. Clean spaces.
Communication from the property was really bad. Having no fan in any of the rooms during the height of summer was simply not acceptable. All other similar cost apartments we’ve stayed in in Europe have had multiple fans to cool down the rooms to make sleeping in the heat easier. Host said they prefer to ‘deal with issues on the spot rather than read a bad review later’, but when I tried to ask about it, I was ignored. Very disappointed.
