Vieta pakankamai gera, šalia yra Žabka parduotuvėlė. Tramvajaus stotelė šalia. Lovos geros, rankšluosčių ir patalynės pakankamai, pakankamai švaru.
Kondicionierius tik koridoriuje. Norėtūsi, kad ir atskiri kambariai būtų šaldomi. Automobilio pastatymas itin problematiškas- nors duoda vietą nemokamai, tačiau požeminiame garaže, kur automobilių aukštis ribojamas iki 1,50-1,55 m. aukščio. Tokia kaip Škoda Karoq jau niekaip netelpa. Tenka laikyti lauke, mokamoje vietoje. Pakankamai sudėtingas raktų pasiėmimas ir išsiaiškinimas kaip patekti į garažą.

Alles super, für einen Städtetrip genau die richtige Wahl… Top Lage, Top ausgestattet…
Da kann die Unterkunft nix für, aber im Komplex wohnt jemand mit Hund und der Hund bellt regelmäßig und das für mehrere Minuten ununterbrochen… am Tag und in der Nacht, also für alle mit leichtem Schlaf, Ohrstöpsel nicht vergessen
