Lokalizacja bardzo dobra, blisko sklepy i przystanki tramwajowe/autobusowe. Lokum małe, ale na taki krótki wyjazd wystarczający. Pościel czysta, dużo zapasowej pościeli jak i ręczników. Plus za pralkę.
Do poprawy czystość na balkonie - pozostałości po chrupkach, paluszkach, sześć sztuk kubków (czyli wszystkie jakie były dostępne) były brudne. Nie działał zegarek, pilot, lampki LED w kuchni, waga kuchenna była, ale też nie działała. Brak informacji gdzie znajduje się wiata śmietnikowa. Brak dostępu do fitness, mimo takiej informacji w ofercie.
