Top Apartment in Top Lage. Das Apartment liegt super Zentral. Wenige Gehminuten vom Zentrum entfernt. Es ist alles Vorhanden was man für einen Kurztrip benötigt. Vom Apartment in die Innenstadt sind es nur 10 min zu Fuß. Die Tram ist 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Zur Oder nur ein Steinwurf. Sogar Waschmaschine und Trockner. Top. Die Wohnung ist auch schön groß. Das Bad ist genial groß. Das Preis Leistungsverhälnis ist genial. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war super. Jederzeit gerne wieder.
Es gibt ein paar Punkte die nicht Ideal waren, aber das ist meine Subjektive Wahrnehmung. - das Sofa ist abgenutzt, hat Flecken und hat Löcher - die Stühle in der Essecke sind sehr instabil, der Tisch ist an vielen Stellen eine kaputte Oberfläche - viele Löcher und Flecken an den Wänden, gehört mal neu gemalert - im Bad aus der Wand gerissene Handtuchhalter, in der Dusche sind die Fliesen stark gerissen. - direkt gegenüber ist ne Riesen Baustelle. Bauarbeiten ab 6:00 Uhr morgens (dauern bestimmt noch ne Weile, dafür kann aber der Vermieter nix) Sollte man nur beim buchen wissen. Ausschlafen ist nicht :-).)
