Apartament bardzo czysty, świetna, czysta pościel, bardzo dobre wyposażenie. Apartament spełnił moje oczekiwania.
Nieprofesjonalna, niegrzeczna obsługa klienta. Kontakt był praktycznie niemożliwy-telefon podany na stronie nikt nie odbiera. Obsługa pomyliła datę zakończenia mojej rezerwacji. Poprzez kontakt SMS z biurem chciałam przedłużyć rezerwację o 3 dni jednak dostałam propozycję przedłużenia z obcego numeru tel z kwotą 550 zł, a na stronie Booking podana była cena 360 zł za ten apartament. Komunikacja odbywała się jedynie przez SMS, co utrudniło rozwiązanie problemów. Dodatkowo zwrot depozytu otrzymałam dopiero po interwencji obsługi klienta Booking, aż 32 dni po wymeldowaniu.

Lokalizacja była dobra . Posiłków nie było w cenie i nie można ich zamówić.
Nie było telewizji , która była zapewniona. Mimo zaznaczenia godziny przyjazdu pokój nie był jeszcze gotowy , sprzątaczka była w pokoju ze swoim dzieckiem.
