Fantastic location, nice view from the balcony. In summer I can imagine this place being absolutely fantastic. big apartment and well furnished. Modern building with easy access to the city center as well as small grocery stores around the corner, cafes etc.
When the neighbors smoke on their balcony you can smell it in the bedroom, it doesn't matter if you close the windows or similar, it has to do with the air intake to the room somehow, or the walls are not properly sealed. I found silverfish in the hall and the bath room every day until I cranked up the heat and that did the trick. The hosts claimed their card terminal didn't work, so they were unable to charge my card and I had to withdraw one week's accommodation in cash. Somehow they were able to charge my card for the deposit though...

Brak tabletki/proszku do prania, pozostawione naczynia w zmywarce, resztki tytoniu na tarasie. WIDOK Z TARASU:-)
