Mieszczańska Modern Apartment with Balcony & Free Parking Wrocław by Noclegi Renters

The apartment is at a great location, comfortably reachable from the airport, and the Old town was in a walkable distance. The apartment was relatively well furnished and equipped, in a beautiful new apartment building.

We could not find a set of bedclothes and towel for one of our child, and the management company was not reachable via phone, neither via e-mail (which was the advice by the phone menu), never answered my booking message... finally the WhatsApp communication worked, but even there we had to wait for hours to get the location of these items. We got 2 rolls of toilet paper for 3 nights (4 days) and 5 people. This I find so outrageous every time, not because of the price of it, but as I can only buy a pack of minimum 8 in the store which is the amount we would never need - so they get all of their guests to buy a huge pack, and use it to supply the next guests. I do not need shower gel, I bring my own. I would need enough toilet paper, which is (let's be honest) the bare minimum of serving guests. The kitchen had no kitchen towel. Some of the dishes were dirty on arrival, the glass table was disgustingly dirty, the sink in the bathroom was probably not washed properly for weeks. We found dust at many places and even items from previous guests (gummy bear packaging under a night stand). The curtains were hanging, the walls were dirty - so this was once a nicely done apartment, but since then it's condition just gets worse by every visit. There was no mosquito net on the windows neither was airconditioning available - so we had to open the windows and risk being eaten by mosquitos at night.

Mieszkanie czyste, przestronne, kuchnia wyposażona w talerze, garnki, patelnie, kubki, szkło, sztućce, noże, czajnik, ekspres do kawy na kapsułki (bez kapsułek), zmywarka z kostkami do zmywarki. Duży balkon z miejscem do siedzenia. Winda. Stałe miejsce parkingowe w garażu podziemnym. W pokojach dużo szaf. Wygodne poduszki. Super wygodne łóżka. Łazienka z pralką i wanną z możliwością prysznica. Deska do prasowania, żelazko, miotła,mop. Okolica spokojna. Obok żabka. Cała rodzina zachwycona.

Moja subiektywna ocena, przy wejściu obok szafy było siedzisko nad tym przydałby się wieszaki na kurtki, ale obok była szafa w której można było schować odzież, więc dla kogoś innego może to być ok.

Ubytování bylo v krásné lokalitě , v moderní zástavě , kousek od starého města , výhodou byl obchod hned v ulici otevřený do 23:00 Byt byl čistý , moderní, byli jsme spokojeni

Jak už zde pár lidí psalo , chyběl ručník pro pátou a šestou osobu a utěrka do kuchyně ale na tom se dá pracovat :)

Położenie, duża przestrzeń, garaż.

Pilot do garażu wymagał baterii, TV nic nie odbierał, tylko internetowo - obsługa prosiła o klucze i nic nie robionio. Zasłony ciągle spadały, lokal przysprzątnięty - był kurz na lampach i plamy na kapie od łóżka. Lokal bardzo akustyczny, słychać każde wejście do bloku, sąsiadów i remont w weekend.
