Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Sicherheit, tolle Ausblick aus der Terrasse, alles in der Nähe.
Manchmal laut, jeden Tag ab 10 Uhr Probleme mit dem Aufzug (nicht alle haben funktioniert) keine Parkplätze in der Tiefgarage zu Verfügung im Preis inbegriffen. Mann konnte kaum fernsehen weil Internet zu schwach war

Ubytování má skvělou polohu kousek od centra a je velmi dobře dostupné. Byt je hezky a útulně zařízený, působí příjemně a na první pohled nabízí potenciál pro pohodlný pobyt. Celkový vzhled interiéru je povedený a prostředí působí přívětivě.
Zásadním problémem je funkčnost vybavení. Dveře v bytě nejdou pořádně zavírat, v koupelně nefunguje klika ani zámek a dveře se samovolně otevírají, což je velmi nepříjemné. Stolek pod televizí je extrémně nestabilní a představuje bezpečnostní riziko — málem spadl na naši roční dceru. V koupelně je navíc silný zápach z odpadů. Polštáře v ložnici byly na můj vkus příliš vysoké a tvrdé, takže jsem se nevyspal dobře.
