Good location, well equipped and cozy apartment

Towels and bedsheets seems worn out

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The location is excellent—just a short walk from the city center—making it super convenient for exploring. The apartment itself was clean, nicely furnished, and had a lovely view. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort and convenience!

Pros: 1. Apartment is absolutely beautiful and the views of the river from the balcony are amazing. 2. Apartment is absolutely peaceful and there is no street or neighbor noise. 3. Apartment has all amenities provided from dishwasher tablets to cooking oil and laundry detergent. They also add a bottle of wine and some beers for you. 4. Building has a working lift. 5. Host was responsive through booking.com 6. The microwave and air conditioning is working. The dishwasher and laundry are working great too. 7. When it became too cold they switched on the heating. 8. Apartment is about 8-10 mins walk to rynek square. 9. No issues finding the apartment and the codes were easy to use for self checkin. Tip for travelers: Some taxi drivers will tell you they can't go all the way to the apartment (where yerba mate cafe is) and you have to walk but they can, just push them to drop you right at the building.

1. There were lots of flies in the kitchen when I arrived and they kept coming over the days I was there even though balcony was closed. I kept killing them everyday. I complained about it on day 1 and someone said they would rectify the issue but no one arrived till the whole week. Honestly even though I was a bit concerned about hygiene and diseases, the apartment was amazing overall and I cannot give less than 9.5 stars. Some things for the host to look into: 1. The refrigerator was making some loud clicking noise but this stopped after 1 day, and this was not a big issue. 2. The kettle was dirty with old water when I arrived and I washed with soap so this was not a big issue. 3. The building address shows as ksiecia witolda 25 at time of booking but actually is 29. It's clearer to let guests know the location before booking in case they have any accessibility needs. Overall< thank you for the wonderful stay. If my friends or I ever come back to Wroclaw, I will definitely try to book your apartment.

Beautiful apartment, we loved staying here. The balcony was wonderful, even when raining we could sit out there. The apartment had everything we needed and more. The lovely hosts left sweets, water, beer, wine and fresh flowers. I've never felt so welcome. It was in a great location, quiet at night and close to the centre of Wroclaw for food and sightseeing. Easy to access, modern and comfortable.

The curtains in the bedroom would be better if they were more blackout but we had eyemasks so it didn't bother us too much. The bedside lamp was flickering.
