The instructions for key collection did not make it clear that the key box was in the alcove next to the font door of the building, but once found acess was easy. Initially we could not log on to the internet as the name of the WiFi system was not stated in the instructions, and several showed up on our computer screen but after a few tries we were able to log on easily and the Wi-Fi worked well. There is a station called Bregenz Hafen about 200 metres below the entrance, and although there are limited services there it is posible to walk to the main station along the hard surfaced footpath by the shoreline. There is also a supermarket even closer to the fhe entrance, about 100 metres away, and there are restaurants/bars nearby. It is only about 20 minues to walk along the front of the shore to the Seebuhne, where there is the nightly opera during the season and there are also nearby restaurants. We had an excellent three course buffet at Wirtshaus am See, on the Seepromenade and a few minutes walk from the Seebuhne. There is a cable car starting from the top of Schillerstrasse about 800 metres above the apartment with great views on the journey and from the top, also a wildlife park there, with many caged animals, who semed to be enjoying life there.

Apartment was as expected, clean and tidy but there was a small number of missing items. For example there was no toilet roll holder in the bathroom, but there was room for one to be fitted easily, so we had to use the handle of the toilet brush. There was nothing to hold on to in the shower area and the floor was smooth and rather slippery when wet and so something to hold onto would have been helpful. Although I thought the apartment had been paid for some months before arrival I was surprised that was not so and had to contact my credit card provider on my return and sort out the payment with their fraud team who had stopped the payment as they did not know I was in Austria, and as we stayed in Bregenz for several days the payment was over euros 1000. I would suggest Hello Fewo ask for partial or total payment at least a few weeks before planned arrival. There was a fire extingisher, but it was located on high shelf and would have impossible to reach.
