Die Lage der Unterkunft ist super. Zum schlafen war es sehr ruhig, auch bei offenem Fenster. Einen Nespresso Maschine plus Kaffeekapseln waren ebenfalls vorhanden. Das Öffnen der Türe mit Code, sowohl beim Hauseingang als auch bei der Wohnung selbst ist sehr angenehm. Man benötigt keinen Schlüssel mehr.
Vieles vom Mobiliar ist billig und wenig stabil. In der Wohnung könnte weniger rumstehen und dafür die wenigen Sachen mit höherer Qualität kaufen. Im Hinblick der Übernachtungskosten, die sicherlich von der Festspiel Zeit beeinflusst sind, würde ich mir als Beispiel deutlich bessere Hand – und Badetücher erwarten, die ihre Saugfähigkeit voraussichtlich bereits vor Jahren verloren haben, gleichermaßen auch die Kopfpolster, bei denen man nahezu keinen Inhalt mehr vermuten muss.

Die Unterkunft ist zentral gelegen, so dass alles gut fussläufig erreichbar ist. Das Einchecken und die Parkplatzbuchung verläuft reibungslos. Für einen kurzen Stop ist die Wohnung gut geeignet, für einen längeren Aufenthalt eher weniger, da sie sehr dunkel ist und keinen Balkon o.ä. hat.
Die Wohnung ist sehr dunkel und bietet nur einen Ausblick auf ein Bürogebäude. Die Bettwäsche war aus Polyester o.ä., daher unangenehm bei warmen Wetter.
