Very clean and had all the things we needed. 10 minute walk to the station. Met the lovely host before leaving. Its up one set of stairs but manageable. Laundry machine is really big so very useful.

部屋への入り方について事前案内がとても丁寧で、到着前から安心感がありました。実際に迷うことなくスムーズに入室できたので、初めての利用でも不安なく滞在を始められました。立地もとても良く、池袋駅から近いため、移動や買い物、食事にも便利で大変助かりました。
また、室内にはキッチンツールや食器などがしっかり揃っており、短期滞在だけでなく少し長めの滩在でも快適に過ごせると感じました。お風呂も洗い場付きで使いやすくよかったです。さらに、乾燥機付きのドラム式洗濯機や洗濯洗剤、広めの洗面台、ドライヤーまであり、設備面がとても充実していました。全体として、必要なものがよく整っていて、安心して快適に滞在できるお部屋でした。
全体的には快適でしたが、いくつか気になる点もありました。キッチン用品は充実していた一方で、食器を拭くためのタオルや台拭き、キッチンペーパーなどがあると、さらに便利で使いやすいと感じました。
人通りが多いところなので、ちょっとうるさいと感じる人もいるかもしれません。
